Alpspitze
The Alpspitze is a 2,628 m high mountain in the Wetterstein mountain range. The pyramid-shaped peak is visible from afar.
This essence has a very relaxing effect. It mainly affects the muscles. It is the remedy of choice before going to bed.
If taken during the day, it may cause fatigue. Although it is solely due to total relaxation, it can still be disturbing. In combination with Long Tong Living Essence, fatigue is prevented and you can start your day's work full of energy and yet relaxed.
