Digest! is, as the name suggests, the essence of choice for those who have problems with digestion – from ingestion to elimination. The effect of the essence is not limited to physical digestion (although that is its main focus) - digestion on an emotional level is also supported.
The Digest! Blend consists of three animal essences: Bear, Hyena and Goat. All of these animals are known to have an incredibly good ability to digest almost anything on a physical level.
The essence can be used whenever the first signs of any digestive disorders appear. It should then be used according to the following scheme: After the first dose, pause for one minute, then a second dose. Then two minutes break and then a third dose. Then three minutes break and so on. The key to the best effect is to take five or six doses within the first 15 to 20 minutes. After that, you can take a break of about 10 minutes and then repeat the procedure if necessary.
In case of regular digestive problems, the essence can also be used 3-4 times a day for a few weeks.
This combination is also excellent when faced with challenging situations that are difficult to "digest" - for example, situations that are so emotionally difficult and challenging that we feel physically bad because of them.
