I walk through life wearing a mask of black and white, but underneath this mask I know exactly who I am. I am here now to be your ally in unmasking the truth of your life, in examining yourself and the situations in which you find yourself and looking closely with an even deeper honesty, clarity, and perception of what is occurring at the heart of your life.

You may wear a mask through parts of your days -- such as habitually smiling while being disconnected inside or being extra nice when inside you actually may feel upset or angry. You may walk through life acting out scripts that others have written for you, rather than being true to yourself and acting in ways that are in harmony with your deepest self.

The public masks we wear serve as a natural layer of protection, and I am here now to teach you how to look beneath these masks to find and embrace the deeper emotional reality that lives within. Let me teach you that it is okay to take off your masks and to get in touch with those parts of yourself that you hide from and that you would rather not look it.

Climb with me into the trees and look around and within. Take off the masks of denial that you wear and see the truth completely. Face it unflinchingly, rather than hiding in the shadows from the truth of your very experience.
