Shipping information

A shipment of the goods is possible by default only in the countries listed below. Your order will be shipped via DHL. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

If you wish shipping to another country, please write us an email before ordering and tell us the article with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

Please note: For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Free shipping: Our philosophy is to offer both our products and shipping at a fair price. Therefore, we have decided to keep the flat rate shipping within Germany as small as possible. In return, we deliver orders only from a value of 500.00 EUR domestic free shipping.

We charge our end customers the following shipping costs. The shipping costs for therapists and resellers may differ. The exact cost will be shown to you at checkout before you complete your order.

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

3. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within seven (7) days, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.

2. direct debit (SEPA direct debit)

After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please make sure that you provide us with your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary coverage. The collection by direct debit takes place when the goods ordered by you leave our warehouse.

3. credit card

Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

4. delivery on account

After receiving the invoice, you transfer the amount payable by you to our bank account within ten (10) days.

5. payment via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:

SOFORT: your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

6. payment via PayPal

Only a few steps to payment:

Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
